Baxter is a 2 yr. old Lab/Retriever mix, a newcomer to NCCR. His owner was unable to continue to care for him due to health reasons. He is a very a handsome, well cared for fellow. Baxter was a little shy on arrival but is settling in nicely. He is crate trained, neutered and ready for a new home!
