My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

C.J is a purebred Chihuahua that was rescued from the Downriver Animal Shelter. He is 2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. He is housebroken and crate trained.
C.J is very fearful of strangers but we were able to win him over in 2 days. He will need an experienced Chihuahua lover that is very patient and will let C.J come to them.
Once he warms up to you he is very loving and affectionate. He loves to be held and petted.
He is neutered and has been brought up to date on everything. He does have a skin allergy but is responding nicely with meds and a special diet. He will benefit from frequently bathing.
His adoption fee is $35.. A vet reference is an absolute must.
