My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Cami and I am a beautiful chocolate lab, my foster family affectionately calls me Cami Girl. When my foster family first brought me home I was so scared. It took me some time to trust but now I enjoy walks with my 7 yr. little girl, 9 yr. old little boy and my friend Bella, another lab that is now like a sister.
My foster Mom says that I’m beautiful, sweet, kind, loving and gentle. She loves that I have never done anything destructive or aggressive and that I know to go potty outside. Because I was not taken care of very well, I have what is called cauliflower ears. This is a condition caused from having multiple ear infections that were never treated. All it means is that my ears feel a bit bumpy but I can still hear no problem. I felt self-conscious about this but my foster mom told me to be thankful that I have ears and can hear.
I’ve been through a lot having been left at an abandon house, so you can imagine that it takes me some time to trust humans. But I want to and I will, just show me love and patience and my heart will be yours forever. Give me a chance and I promise to bring so much love into your family.
