Lola's Story...
Lola 1 1/2-2 yrs old Chihuahua Mix. She is an adorable little 7 lb girl. She has a super personality that will win your heart, and loves people and attention. She sleeps through the night in her crate, is house trained, can use a doggy door or will go to the door when she needs to potty.

Lola comes to a whistle or by her name. She loves to play with her ball and other toys, and is good with other dogs. Her favorite game is tug of war. Lola is a very sturdy small dog. She is very alert and will be easily trained. She knows the word "no" and has learned boundaries as to where she is allowed to go.

You just have to love her and she will give lots of love back. We do not know how she would do with very young children but we always caution that a young child should never be left alone with a dog. She has been spayed and is current on her shots. Lola will add joy and sweetness to her new family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Schertz Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Schertz, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schertz paves the way for another one to be saved.
