Maggie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Maggie's Story...
Maggie comes with all the advantages of an older dog--despite being only about a year and an half! She is housebroken, crate trained, and does the usual array of great commands one might hope. Maggie would do best in a home without cats and without any children. If she were in a house with another dog, a large, calm dog would be fine, but otherwise we don't recommend other four legged pets around. She has remarkable terrier instincts which make maintaining appropriate arrangements in the home necessary. Ultimately, her favorite thing is attention from people; she loves to curl up on your lap and play short games of fetch (she does a bunny-hop run). The adoption fee is $250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Centerpoint Miniature Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer for sale in Centerpoint, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Centerpoint.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Centerpoint already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Centerpoint breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Centerpoint paves the way for another one to be saved.
