Josie's Story...
"Josie" is a 3 year old female who has been recently spayed and vaccinated. She is Heartworm and intestinal parasite free and is now available to a home of her own. She was dumped at a high kill shelter, very pregnant, like trash and expected to fend for herself. She kept hope alive and her joyous personality never did fade. She delivered her puppies about 6 weeks ago and took wonderful care of them. It is now time for her to move on to what comes next for her. She is wonderful with people of all ages (children, adults and elders). She looks for nothing more than to please you and we would love nothing more than to please her and present her with a loving family to call her own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Josie, a Altanta Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Altanta, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Altanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Altanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Altanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Altanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
