Kasey - good with cats!'s Story...
Sweet little Kasey is approx 3.5 yrs of age and 14lbs, she looks like a cairn terrier mix, she is one of the best behaved little terriers, she is quiet and gentle, a little shy at first but soon warms up, gets along well with all of the other dogs, loves to sleep on the bed at night, seems to be very well house and leash trained, has a wonderful personality and is just a doll, she is going to be a great family member, we have been told she is crate trained and loves kids and gets along well with cats, she also loves to sit on your lap, especially if you have a blanket for he. She was treated for heartworm and is now on a monthly preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kasey - good with cats!, a Norwalk Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
