Teddy Bear's Story...
Meet Teddy Bear! He is a white and tan registered Pomeranian. Teddy is a senior boy whose birthday is 2/14/2003. Valentine's day was a very fitting day for Teddy to be born on because he is so full of love and affection for his humans! Teddy Bear and Nika came to us together due to an unforeseen circumstance in their home. Because they have been together for majority of their lives, we would like to keep Teddy Bear and Nika together. Teddy Bear has hypothyroidism and diabetes, both of which are under control with medication he receives twice per day. Teddy is a very happy and content dog who likes to go on walks and get belly rubs! He is a little chubby, and his foster home is working with him on a controlled diet and daily walks. Teddy is easy-going, and his mild manner makes it easy for him to get along with the other senior dogs in the foster home as well as the cats. Teddy Bear and Nika are looking for a home where they can spend their senior years surrounded in love and comfort! Teddy Bear is completely house trained, crate-trained, neutered, up-to-date on his shots, tested negative for heartworm, and dewormed. He is also microchipped. Call for 507-451-4512 to meet Teddy Bear and ask about his special adoption fee! C&AL

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teddy Bear, a Owatonna Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
