What a happy girl. Her tail always wags and she always has a smile on her face. She loves to snuggle and be close to you. She tolerates just about anything as long as you are giving her lovings. She adores children and I would love for her to be placed in a home with children. She gets along with other dogs and is fine with cats. She walks beautifully on a leash and will make someone a perfect walking companion - never pulls on the leash and has just the right amount of speed to enjoy the fresh air and surroundings. Actually, there’s a little story to her wonderful leash manners. She was found on the side of the road a few years ago. She was pregnant and unfortunately has never been able to lose that “baby weight”. She just recently started a walking exercise program and is loving it! The pounds are slowly coming off and she would love to share her body transformation and life change with a human. Maybe someone who has a can relate to her struggle? Her only “bad” house manner is that she does get up on the furniture to snuggle with you. She does not beg for food nor does she counter-surf. She waits very patiently for her meal. She is an absolute beauty literally wearing a heart on her body. She is reliable in the house but can be crated as well. Actually does very well in a crate. She goes to the door when she needs to go out to the bathroom. What an absolute sweetheart. Sweet Mary is the perfect name for her! When she looks up at you with those eyes your heart melts.
