My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATED BIO 08/12/2013: Ringo is 5 ½ years old and weighs approximately 15 lbs. He is a PapiPoo! That is a Papillon/Poodle mix – we are told that Ringo’s dad was a purebred Apricot Poodle and his mom was a Papillon; he is being fostered in New Port Richey, FL.


Ringo here, I have learned so much since I came to stay with my Foster Mom and Dad. I can now go up and down the stairs, I don’t sit on the back of the couch anymore 'cause I know who the pack leader is, and it isn’t me! My 3 lb Sergeant fursister tells me what to do! Now all I have to do is sit on my FM's lap and get my lovin' and give my kisses. I go out with my FD for long walks and love to run fast with him - so if you're into running or jogging, I'm the boy for you! FM says my only problem is...... I am soooo soft and adorable and she just can’t hug me enough. She says someone is going to be lucky to get me.


Oh, did I tell you that I'm totally house-trained and really like to be with my person. I think you call that a velcro dog, I don't know what that means, but I don't like to be left behind 'cause it makes me sad.


PLEASE NOTE: Ringo would do best in a calm, quiet home with no children ~ activity make him a bit anxious. For this reason, his perfect home would be one with at least one stay-at-home parent, and an active lifestyle. If you want a loyal companion and a whole lotta love, then Ringo is your guy!
