My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hans is a handsome black with white lab mix who came from a local kill-shelter. He found himself there after being picked up as a stray and his time was about up. Hans is about 2+ years old and weighs 62 lbs. He is a good looking boy with a shiny soft black coat. Hans is now in a wonderful foster home with 4 children and 2 canine buddies. The youngest child is 4 years old and Hans has been doing awesome. His foster family thinks he is a great boy. His foster mom says, “Hans is doing great! He has medium energy for a younger dog and he loves to play with a ball and has a blast running with the kids in the yard. After burning off his energy, he settles down nicely in the house. Hans could use some basic obedience as far as not jumping up, but he is a really good boy. He is housebroken and hasn't chewed up anything in the house. Hans loves all people and wants to make friends with everyone. He is really just a happy puppy loving life.” Hans would make a great addition to any family. He is curious about the kitties and would probably chase if the kitty ran, but he is not aggressive. We can further cat test if necessary. Hans is neutered, up to date on all vaccines including rabies, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Hans is crate trained.
