Roscoe is a shepherd mix, about 5--6 years old. Roscoe is a friendly and easy to walk dog but he is still playful. He would do great with a mature couple, or a family where he can be the only dog. Roscoe is not at the shelter. He is in foster care. Call the shelter and ask Megan about Roscoe.
