Phoebe is a gorgeous female who loves everybody she meets! She has a sweet personality and will give kisses on occasion. She has not been with NASPR long so we are still learning about her but she does like other dogs. Phoebe is very confident and is the type of girl who would do well alone or with other dogs. She dreams of sleeping in her own bed (or yours) so please consider adopting or fostering her!
