My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi.  I am Rachel.  I am just a itty bitty teeny tiny baby...a least that is what my foster brother and sisters told me.  I was somebody's puppy, but not for long.  Now I am with my Pal here at the rescue.  I am still learning the ways of the world but love  to run in the yard and play with my toys.  Giving kisses is high on my list of priorities for the day; how about you?  My foster Mom said I am just a cupful of sunshine, but I don't know what she means...why don't you come by and meet me.   Maybe you can explain it to me.  I will put a kiss on reserve for you!  See you soon.

Rachel is an 5 month old spayed chocolate and tan female and who is current on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative and has been placed on the DRBC long life diet. If you are seriously interested in participating in DRBC's Adoption Program, visit our webpage: www.doxierescue.com or send an email to Info@DoxieRescue.com for an application. The DRBC Website will help you can learn more about our adoption process and download the application and adoption brochure.

NOTE: DRBC only adopts to MD, NJ, NY, DE and Eastern PA areas to adults aged 21 yrs and older. This 'think global, act local' approach helps us provide the best in supportive medical care and behavioral guidance across the life of our placements.
