Brewster's Story...
Name: Brewter Age: 2 Dogs: Not now
Gender: Male Kids: Yes Cats: Unknown
Brewster came to BRLA with a terrible case of kennel cough. He made a full recovery and found his voice again. He is a confident guy and could use some social skills. He is fantastic with people and has a super sweet side. He is very selective with his canine companions and would perhaps enjoy a calm female or be just as happy as the lone wolf in your life. He is working on leash skills and eager to learn all his commands. An experienced boxer owner will have a blast with Brewster.

Please visit our main website at for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brewster, a Encino Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Encino, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
