Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Cooper Age: 3 Dogs: Not now
Gender: Male Kids: Older Cats: Unknown
Cooper or as he is known around BRLA as “mini cooper” is a little guy. He went home as a social pup at an early age but when he matured without leadership he found himself a little insecure which became problematic. Cooper is fantastic with someone on the other side of the leash giving him clear signals of leadership. He would love a home that knows Boxers, knows the stubborn side, knows the loving side, knows how to make a dog feel safe and not have to worry about doing anything outside of being a great family member. Coop had a little too much bouncing around and is now responding well to BRLA volunteers and is ready for a stable family home. He would do best as an only dog to focus on his human and learn to enjoy the good things in life. As he can be protective of his handler an experienced owner with calm lifestyle will help Cooper know that he does not have to protect anyone from anyone.
Please visit our main website at www.boxer-rescue-la.com for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.
