This is a spirited young boy that needs guidance and training. Sugar Ray is fine on leash when he is alone and can relax. Right now he is reactive to other dogs and needs help in developing social skills. He may have never been given the chance and his recent stays in stressful city shelters have not helped. Sugar needs an adult home without other dogs right now so he can build a foundation of trust and learn to enjoy the world around him.
