for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Rascal's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rascal's Story...
Truth is, I really am quite the little Rascal. I am just hoping that my cute looks will win you over- I mean they always have in the past. I always get my way! The people here at the shelter say that it is time for me to find an appropriate home to love and train me, it’s time to ignore this cute face and make me follow the rules! I have a lot of great qualities- I am small, and young, housebroken and good with other pets. I just need to find a home without children- they are just too easy for me to push around. So what do ya say, can you ignore how cute I am ? 6 months old-14lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; neuter, microchip, free vet exam (SE Portland/Milwaukie area), 1 month pet health insurance, 5 week training class, toy & treat pack, leash/collar, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rascal, a Portland Cocker Spaniel/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale in Portland, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
