Marni is a beautiful classic GSD who is looking for a home with a person or family who truly appreciates the GSD temperament.
URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED! Marni is a total sweetheart and has been cooped up in a kennel for months now. This gorgeous, plush coated, 4-yr old, papered beauty is all about her person. She is the epitome of a devoted dog, happiest just next to her person. Marni did have a mammory tumor removed a few months ago, but is now on daily meds to stop additional cancer cells from growing. The cost for her daily meds is about $30/month. Because of this ongoing cost to her adopter, the rescue will reduce her adoption fee. We (and the vet!) believe Marni still has PLENTY of years left to make some lucky person or family a wonderful companion. Please consider giving Ms. Marni a home.
Marni is an independent thinker who tolerates but does not prefer other dogs. She is appropriately aloof toward people she doesn't know, but, in true German Shepherd style, will be a devoted companion to whoever becomes her family.
