Luke's Story...
Luke is a 6-8 month old beagle/Shepard mix puppy. He is very sweet and playful. He loves other dogs and loves meeting new people. We believe he was tied outside for the first part of his life because he has marks on his neck that indicate a tight collar or chain. Luckily he escaped that fate but was picked up by animal control and taken to a high kill shelter where he was saved at the very last minute. Luke is so excited to find a family of his own, he would even love having other dogs or kids to play with. Contact us to meet Luke!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke, a Media Beagle/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Media, or seeking a Beagle/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Beagle/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
