This little dude is a spunky monkey! He LOVES cat trees. He scales them so fast and then perches up high to watch over everything, but watch out! If you walk by he will reach out gently and mess with your hair or touch your face to get your attention. He loves to be in your face and will hold your face with both paws while he sniffs and nuzzles every inch of it. He loves to be held and purrs every second that you have him. He loves to play with his siblings, so another young cat would be ideal. He needs a family that is willing to spend lots of time with him, because he will demand it. He is a talker, too. Telling you how much he loves you. Come meet little Phil and fall in love. You won't regret it.
