Meet baby Macy! Macy and 2 of her siblings (Millie and Colby) were rescued from the south. They are from a large litter (the rest of the puppies had been rehomed prior to us being able to rescue them). Macy is believed to be approximately 6 weeks old as of August 22, 2013. She is believed to be a lab/border collie mix, but no guarantees! Her mother, we are told, looked like a black lab mix.
From her foster mom: Macy is Colby's and Millie’s sister (look for their listings on petfinder also!). She has a beautiful black coat with white on her chest and toes. She loves to run and jump and appears to be a possible agility dog although she is still pretty young to know for sure. She was the first to go down the step to the backyard by herself and when she did – she jumped! She loves to run and be chased although sometimes it’s hard to catch her! When she is tired, she is a complete cuddle bug but be ready for a lot of energy. She weighs approximately 6 pounds.
Macy is a healthy, happy little girl who, like any other puppy, loves to chew, play, sleep, eat, and get love! Macy is curious and adorable. She is currently in a foster home waiting to be old enough to be spayed at approximately 11 weeks of age. Her foster mom is working with her on house training also. She will be adoptable once she is spayed, but we are accepting applications now.
