Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stella is a ball of energy with a big heart. A real sweetheart that is absolutely wonderful with young children. She is very good with other dogs but can be too much for small dogs. Stella can be in her crate during a work day but, will then need some good exercise to burn off her pent up energy. She is super excited at the beginning of her walks and then settles and walks well on a leash. She has a submissive play style but very high energy and likes to run around at a high speed. Stella would do well with a family of medium activity if there were other dogs or children to interact with. If she were an only dog, she would need a lot of exercise (running, hiking, etc.).
Stella has a sensitive stomach so her food needs to be selected carefully. She gets nervous with loud noises like thunder. Stella would do best in a home without cats.
Stella is a female/sp German Shepherd mix born approximately December 2012. She is a medium sized dog weighing 45 pounds. She is crate trained and housebroken.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
