Tiger's Story...
Young Tiger was lost; this puppy was hanging out in a West Valley park and didn’t know where his home was. One of our volunteers found him, but there was no way to track him back to an owner. So this lucky fellow is no longer trying to survive on his own and is looking forward to a FUREVER home.

Tiger is a 4 month-old German Shepherd Dog mix. He’s a happy fellow who gets along with everyone: kids, cats, and dogs. He’s a playful boy who enjoys going out for walks and romping with a toy. Tiger would love to find a home like yours!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger, a Gilbert German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
