Bella's Story...
This is a courtesy post. Contact Stephanie at Sburns_9@hotmail.com

Bella is a very, very sweet and gentle 8 year old terrier mix. She was surrendered to a high kill shelter, by her owner. Bella is a dog that would do best with an older person or someone who is looking for a mellow companion. She is older in age, but has a lot of life still left. She is living in a home with a child and three other dogs. She adjusted to her foster home very quickly so I feel comfortable saying that she wont have any problem adjusting to her forever home.
I just want to make sure Bella is placed in a safe and happy home. She has all her shots and has been spayed.
I've attached a link to a video taken of her, at the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Lomita Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Lomita, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Lomita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lomita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lomita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lomita paves the way for another one to be saved.
