Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Forest is a purebred Bernese Mt Dog boy. He is extremely friendly and outgoing! Loves everyone, good with kids and other dogs and cats. Playful but not hyper. ~ Forest knows sit and shake and he walks politely on a leash. Settles well around the house. He is a smaller boy at only 80 lbs. ~ He was found dumped in a park w/ 2 other dogs and taken in to a local crowded rural shelter, and then we took him in. The dog warden thought he was about 2 yrs old, tho we think he might be closer to 4-5 yrs old .... but regardless, he is a fabulous fellow who would make a great companion in almost any home. (in this photo, he is freshly bathed and still wet! I dont know why it shows up sideways, sorry.) ~ To learn more about this breed, please go to www.BMDINFO.org ~ NOTE: We of course always require a securely fenced yard for all dog adoptions, especially dogs of large active breeds. No shock collars and no exceptions. Thank you for understanding the long term safety and well being of our dogs is our greatest priority,
