Hi There! I’m Bugsy, and I’m a 6 month old Cairn Terrier mix. The Pet Rescue Center staff fell head over heels in love with me…especially my big ears! They said I remind them of Bugs Bunny! I’m a happy little guy that needs a forever home after being brought in as a stray to the county shelter. I’ve been neutered, micro-chipped, and am up to date on my shots. I’ll need additional training, because I’m just a puppy! I’m awfully cute, though, and one look at me and you’ll want to take me home! Please come meet me today!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
