Curly's Story...
Curly is a fun loving 3 year old cocker spaniel. He loves children and adults and is an excellent lap dog. Curly needs a home where someone is home most of the time because he gets lonely easily and craves affection. He loves to play fetch and tug of war. He loves to go on long walks and swim in the water. He does tricks such as rolling over and playing hide and seek with his favorite toys. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Curly, a Richmond Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
