Bambi's Story...
Color me beautiful, elegant, sweet... Don't stop now! I love the accolades! But I have to say I wasn't look'n this good a few months ago. I was found by a good samaritan in the woods of north Florida with my six pups and transported down to the Tampa Bay area by my rescue where me and my pups were cared for in every way and now that my pups are weaned and most adopted I can relax and, well, you know, get "in touch" with myself and wow, am I lov'n it! I'm eating better and have filled out. My foster home has lots of people and dogs in it and I love being with the humans and playing with my pals! But I'm ready for my own family, are you the ones I'm looking for? Please email for an application. My adoption fee is $175. Florida adoptions only please - I love the climate!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bambi, a Pinellas Park Dachshund/Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Italian Greyhound for sale in Pinellas Park, or seeking a Dachshund/Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Pinellas Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pinellas Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pinellas Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Dachshund/Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pinellas Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
