My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Lydia. She is 8 years old, has gorgeous dark tortie fur with gold speckles, is de-clawed and spayed. She is pretty lazy in that she likes to sleep, eat, and lounge on the couch or bed all day. She gets along with some animals and most children. She is mostly solitary and does better with older children, teens, and adults. She prefers to cuddle or sit beside you quietly- a truly low maintenance cat. Lydia will lay in your lap and snuggle when she wants (pretty typical cat). Once she gets to know you, she will warm right up.

Lydia and her companion Butters, a 3 year old neutered buff tabby with white, are loosing their home due to severe allergies in the family. They can be adopted together or separately- they get on, but are not closely bonded. If you adopt both, we will offer a special low adoption fee of only $30 and the family will give you all their supplies (litterbox, food and food dishes, toys etc).
