My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phil and his brother Chucky are spunky, playful, happy little guys. No shaky Chihuahua's here! (they are smaller than they appear in the pictures....those are closeups!) They and their mama were turned in at the kill shelter when they were only three weeks old! (they're about 12 weeks old, Aug. 25) They've had a great time with their foster mom's family so they're great with kids and other pets! Phil is a small pooch and will stay small.
