Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pretzel is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Pretzel is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Pretzel, please contact Erin or Danny at erinblancett@yahoo.com or call 310-344-4277.
Meet Pretzel! He was born August 2005. His mother was rescued from Hurricane Katrina and brought to San Diego where she had her pups. We got Pretzel from the Helen Woodward shelter when he was 13 weeks old, he was already neutered…
~75 lbs, very fit and lean for his age. He’s a gentle giant, very good with people and other dogs. He’s in incredible shape for his age, most people can’t believe he’s 8 years old. He hasn’t had the weight problems most large breeds have as they get older. Unfortunately our 4 year old son had a bad case of pneumonia when he was only a year old and his lungs have been weak ever since. He is allergic to Pretzel so we are forced to keep Pretzel in the back yard during the day and the garage at night. Pretzel has been a very low maintenance, healthy dog. Pretzel is an extremely affectionate dog so we feel really bad resigning him to be an outdoor dog. He is house trained. He’s up to date on all vaccinations and has had recent blood work that came back clean.
