My story

I'm friendly and really cute looking, if I do say so myself. As far as I could tell, I was the absolutely perfect cat, so you can imagine how surprised I was when my family took me to a shelter. They said someone was allergic. Allergic to me? After 10 years?

The shelter was full, and I thought I was going to pay for the 19-year-old kid's allergies with my life. But the Howard County Cat Club came along and got me out just in time. Phew...

After that close call, I'm ready to become someone's friend for life. I'm friendly and confident and love having my neck scratched. I'll be the perfect companion for someone who's looking for a quiet and settled cat to become their best forever friend.
