Meet Parker Posey! This girl has had a tough time recently, and her ideal adopter would be someone who would delight in providing peaceful retirement for a feisty kitty survivor. She was found alone on the streets in Chelsea, very thin and dirty. Our vet has noticed that one of her hind legs was broken and healed on its own - maybe she was hurt in an accident and unable to make her way home?

Whiskers scooped her up, gave her a good bath, meals, and vet care, and now she is like a different cat! She is a love bug, wallowing in rubs and petting. She has perfect litter box manners, and also enjoys long relaxing naps. Her foster mom says she is a funny and feisty gal who has been getting along well with the male cat that lives in her foster home.

She is a very good eater, despite the fact that she does not have any teeth. Our vet believes that they were surgically removed, there a no fragments etc, and her mouth otherwise fine. She loves wet food but will also gobble up kibble no problem!

Parker is about 7 years old. She has tested negative for FIV and all other cat diseases - she is spayed.

She can be unsteady on her feet and wobbly when she moves on short maneuvers - she does not have any ear infections or polyps, our vet continues to check her out but so far she gets a clean bill of health with each visit. Because of this, we feel she would do best in a quiet home or apartment without younger kids.
