If you've been wanting to adopt a basset hound and have just been waiting for the perfect one to come along - wait no longer, Kipling is here! Get your application in now to be first in line for this special boy. Kipling is 3 years old and has lovely, bunny-soft red and white fur. He's a small guy, around 40 pounds, low-drool and low-shed. Kipling is a sweet and gentle boy who gets along with adults, children, cats and other dogs. His owner just spent too much time away from home and couldn't give Kipling the life he deserves.

Kipling is house-trained using a doggie door, he does well in the car, but could use some work on leash-training. His only requirement for a new home, other than loving him to pieces of course, is that he has another young dog to play with.
