My story

Meet Gunther...

Gunther is a young, 2yr old male Shih-Tzu who is fully house trained and never messes inside the home. He will go to the door to be let out. Now that he is up to date on his shots, neutered, microchipped and tested heartworm negative he is ready to find his forever loving family!

My husband has found Gunther to be his little velcro dog. Gunther is up for anything! A walk? Sure! Hanging out in the man cave? Absolutely! Anything to be with his favorite person, loved, fed, snuggled and safe. No need to worry though, when the time comes to be put away in his crate, Gunther complies and settles in nicely for some quiet time.

Gunther is very polite and well behaved when meeting new dogs and people of all ages. When he is with other dogs he does not know how or what he is supposed to do to play with them but he tries, usually mimicking the other dog, and very much enjoys their company.

When he's not out for a walk with his favorite people he plays happily and quietly by himself with his Lambchop. He can often be found shaking it, throwing it, chasing it and even grooming it!

One little side note for Gunther...
Because of the shape of his face with his upturned nose, his eyes will need to be wiped with a warm cloth everyday in order to keep it clean.
