My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you have ever wanted to share your life with a quiet, miniature and loving shadow, here is your chance. Meet Winchester, aka Winnie, a tiny Chiweenie boy. He is 7 years old, about 9 pounds, neutered, up to date on shots, and housetrained. Winnie likes to run and play, is great on a leash, and a real cuddle bug lap dog. He quietly follows foster mom everywhere in the house, but does not get in the way. Winnie is happy to know that his people are safe and that he can be nearby. He currently lives with three other small breed dogs and is not fazed by neighborhood cats. Winnie seems fearful of larger dogs, however. He is a little nervous around new people, yet shows no aggression to humans of any size whatsoever.

Winnie currently sleeps in a crate with the door OPEN, but only at night so he can be near his humans. Otherwise, he sleeps on the sofa or dog bed with a blanket. He would LOVE to sleep in the big bed WITH YOU, if allowed. Winnie holds much love in his little heart and will make his future forever family very happy.
