My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anson is a 4 year old black tri Aussie with a 3/4 length natural bobbed tail.
And what a beautiful fluffy tail it is!
Anson is a larger fellow. At 50 pounds, he is very underweight.
He has a voluminous coat that will require regular brushing and a very handsome big blocky head.

He's a very submissive dog, both to people and other animals.
He melds seamlessly into any situation and is a very soft hearted dog who gets his feelings hurt easily, so a positive and softer owner would be best for him.

Anson loves playing with other dogs, but is very low key in the house.
He walks well on leash and rides great in the car. He is house trained, crate trained and also does very well with the cats he is fostered with.

He has has wonderful manners already.
When Anson greets a person, he paddles over to their side and sits politely waiting for affection. If pets don't come readily, he leans in to remind his person he's still waiting.


Anson is essentially a ready made pet for a loving home that wants a dog that just lives to be told "good boy".
He has zero guardian instincts, therefore would not be a good fit for someone looking for a more protective Aussie.
