Regis Philcat's Story...
Regis Philcat wants to be the the start of all your morning conversations- being the unique perk in your day that keeps you going!

Regis is hoping to go straight to the top of the charts, after her eventful arrival with her companion, Kitty Lee Gifford. These two were seen living in absolutely appalling conditions in a local neighborhood. They were the victims of abuse and cruelty, at the hands of neighborhood kids who found inflicting pain on these exposed animals as a source of entertainment.

Once we heard of their plight, we immediately swooped in and offered a much needed safe haven to them. Understandably, both were extremely fearful and scared of their new surroundings and exposure to more people, but with a lot of time and patience on the part of our staff, Regis and Kitty Lee have begun to find their 'purr'fect chemistry....They enjoy being held, and after a few moments, their little motors start to purr and rev in affection!

Regis and Kitty Lee would love to find a loving home with a stable family who can help nurture their loving personalities and allow them to shine- like the superstars they are!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Regis Philcat, a Muskegon Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Muskegon, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Muskegon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muskegon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muskegon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muskegon paves the way for another one to be saved.
