Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If orange is the new black, then Scottie is the new adorable !
This little guy came from a shelter very far away. Someone didn't care for him anymore so we were happy to make him one of our own. The foster Mom was happy to take Scottie in and introduce him to her pack. Let the greetings begin !
Two blk labs, one alpha and one second in command didn't know what to make of this little ball of energy that just came into their home. But as a true pack, they showed Scottie around the back yard. Who was the boss was very apparent to Scottie and he was ok with that.
A little play time, a warm bubble bath, some dinner and a nap made for a great first day at the foster home. Scottie is learning new things everyday. He is learning to walk with a pack, playing contently with his toys, eating his meals with no fuss and staying at the back door when told to.
Scottie loves to play ball. He can be a little mouthy but that is the puppy in him. Children that are a little older would be a great fit for this little guy. Although Scottie enjoys his playtime, he does have an "off" switch" which the foster Mom activates when she needs to do rescue work on the computer...and Scottie is all for the nap with the 2 labs.
Scottie is a guy that WILL NOT DO WELL WITH ANY TYPE OF SMALL PETS. RABBITS, KITTENS, CATS, ETC WILL BRING OUT THE TERRIER IN HIM.
Scottie is a Terrier/Pointer mix, 6 mos. old, 26 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, housebroken, neutered and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Scottie, please call Chris at 586 563 4127 or email: homes4angels@yahoo.com UPDATE: ADOPTION PENDING AS OF SEPT 27, 2013
