Summer's Story...
Hi there, I'm Summer and I'm a happy, friendly, playful, spunky, affectionate little gal that loves everyone I meet, kids, adults, dogs, EVERYONE! I have tons of energy and love to run around with the other dogs and wrestle, even though they are all bigger than me. Even though I'm full of energy I love to be held and am totally calm and comfortable in someone's lap. I walk very well on a leash and am highly food motivated so I could be trained to do anything for a treat. I'm crate trained, house trained, and leash trained. I'm really the perfect pup for any family and would even make a great therapy dog. I love to make people smile and helping those in need sounds right up my alley. If you're looking for the perfect dog, look no further, I'm right here!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Summer, a Houston Papillon puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon for sale in Houston, or seeking a Papillon puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon breeders who help with Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
