Hi, my name is Sandy! I’m one of those high end designer dogs (okay…I’m a Heinz 57 mixed breed!) who loves, loves, LOVES to play. I play with other dogs, with you, with sticks…whatever! I was lost in the woods for a few months and wound up hanging out in a big parking lot full of big yellow buses. That’s where a very nice lady started feeding me (man, I was starving!) and I was eventually noticed by someone who made sure I was pulled to safety! I have been cleaned up and got to go meet the vet…that was fun! My foster daddy says I’m too happy-go-lucky for my own good…but he says that’s a good thing!
At around two years old, I’ve still got a little puppy in me so you will need to show me what you want from me and I will gladly oblige! In a very short time I’ve already learned my name and how to SIT. I am crate trained but also do well running free in the house while someone’s there to keep me company. I play great with all kinds of dogs, large and small, and I am learning to walk on a leash. Right now would be the perfect time to take me home as I am at that perfect age for training. You can teach me to be the perfect pet for your family and I will be more than happy to fill that role for many years to come. Please come check me out. I’m ready to be your perfect companion pet!
