Armani's Story...
Me and my bro’s here need a place to crash….hopefully a forever home full of love and fun! We are little dudes, only 2 months old. We don’t know what it is like to live in a home and abide by rules, but we are ready to learn! Being cattle dog mixes we are going to be very loyal and very intelligent guys to have around. We make great companions, running dogs, watch dogs, and tend to enjoy activities that challenge our minds. That also means we will need a very firm, yet gentle hand to show us how fun learning new stuff can be. We just like to be involved in what’s going on! Take one of us home, or all four for that matter… won’t be sorry! My adoption fee is $250 and includes; current shots, neuter, 5 week training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, new leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Armani, a Portland Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie for sale in Portland, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
