Hazel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hazel's Story...
Hazel is a fabulous golden retriever/ chow mix. She has the best of both breeds in her – she is beautiful, extremely smart, docile, affectionate, and good with everything from kids to cats to other dogs.

She is 5 months old so she’s old enough to learn her basic commands. She seems house trained and doesn’t seem to be a chewer. She comes when she is called – she loves her people!

Hazel is spayed, up to date on all her shots, licensed and micro chipped so she is totally ready for her new family.

Hazel is a nut about water – that’s the golden retriever in her! She loves to swim and play ball. Hazel will make a perfect family dog – her mix is about the best there is. She has the gentleness of the golden retriever and the smarts of the chow. She’s a perfect girl!

Pls call 858-391-1037 or email dsollohub@ffres.com to meet this perfect pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hazel, a Poway Golden Retriever/Chow Chow puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Chow Chow for sale in Poway, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Chow Chow puppy from a breeder in Poway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Poway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Poway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Chow Chow breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Poway paves the way for another one to be saved.
