This sweet boy was an owner surrender. Reason given: "for being stupid." Yes, his owner brought him in because he said Cloud was the stupidest dog that ever existed. When he was brought in, he was covered in bacon grease. When shelter staff asked why, Cloud's owner said Cloud got into the trash and that it was the dog's own fault he's covered in bacon grease because he was stupid. Cloud is far from stupid. He is a very smart puppy, that would have benefited from a little training and direction. He is about 4-5 months old.
