This is Carlos Santana, and yes he is one cool cat! He came to WHS with a horrific injury and had to have his leg amputated. His foster home says he is the coolest cat they have ever fostered and they have fostered a ton of cats! He is a typical male who loves attention, and will have to be indoor only for the rest of his life. If you think that Carlos is the cat for you, just ask the front for an application.
