Such a sweet little girl our Sali is but unsure of the world around her and the people in it. She has come a long way in the short few weeks we have had her. When she first was rescued she would pancake to the ground when any human came near her. But with the love of the wonderful volunteers she has started to learn that not all humans are mean and when she gets comfortable you become her BFF. She loves laps and will sit in yours for hours. She loves to go for walks but is still learning that it is better to stay on one side of the human walking her then it is to keep switching sides in front of them. She is a very young terrier and needs a lot of direction as to what is right and wrong. Even though she hasn’t had the best start to her life she still manages to have a smile that goes from ear to ear and it is contagious. There is no way you can’t help but smile when you have this little girl by your side. She is learning how much fun toys can be but is still afraid of ones that squeak. She enjoys the company of other dogs her size and seems to find comfort and confidence when she is with them. So another young active dog her size is a plus. Her new family needs to be one that is patient and willing to take the time to work with her on puppy issues. Our Sali is looking for a very active family that is ready to show her what it is like to be a loved member of the family. One that will enjoy watching her blossom into the precious flower that we know she is including her on outings and showing her the big world around her. If you think you could be that person that Sali is dreaming of fill out an application today. You will certainly not be bored with this little girl in your life. She is patiently waiting for you.
