Paco's Story...
Three year old Pacoarrived with Bella 2 and this adorable boy is ready to find his family. The same kind person has been taking care of him, and he is UTD on his vaccinations, neutered, and current on HW prevention. We just love his sweet face and warm expressive eyes, as well as his gentle temperament. He is exceptionally friendly and gets along well with everyone he meets and other dogs. Of course, it would be wonderful if he and Bella 2 could find a family together, but we also know that isn’t always possible. We are very grateful that someone cared enough to protect this boy and bring him to CLR to help him find his forever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paco, a Cincinnati Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
