Martin's Story...

My name is Martin. I am a 7-8 month old American Bull Dog/ Cattle Dog mix. I currently weigh 32 pounds and will grow to be betwen 45 and 55 pounds. I am very sweet and long to please. I play happily with my foster's dogs and love to be around people, too.

My Ideal Home: A family, couple or single person who is active. I love to go along on walks, hikes and runs. I woulds do best with a playmate, however my biggest need is affection, so all I really need is someone to love and cuddle me

Commands I know: Sit

Commands I am Working On: Stay, watch me

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Martin, a Chandler American Bulldog/Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Cattle Dog for sale in Chandler, or seeking a American Bulldog/Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Chandler.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chandler already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chandler breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Cattle Dog breeders who help with American Bulldog/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chandler paves the way for another one to be saved.
