Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial Bio 9/16/13 : Hi Everyone it's me Winnie!! I'm back with UYR in a new foster home. My old family had to give me back to UYR but I'm in a really cool house with lots of fur siblings to play with. Foster mommy says I look like a teddy bear. My new mommy and daddy are getting to know me better so they said they would tell you more as they know more. They did say I was a very good girl cause I haven't had any potty accidents at all in the house. I know where to go....OUTSIDE...duh!! I really like my fur brothers and sister and even the cat so no issues there. I'm going to the dogster on Saturday to make sure everything is good with me. Mommy says they might put me on a diet, she says I am a little cubby and could stand to lose a few pounds. What's a girl to do?? Kisses for now. Winnie!!
